FARGO, N.D. – Phil Steele's College Football Preview magazine lists North Dakota State quarterback Trey Lance as the FCS Preseason Offensive Player of the Year and left tackle Dillon Radunz as the FCS Preseason Offensive Lineman of the Year for the upcoming 2020 season.
