John Harbaugh Sends Clear Message About Marcus Peters

By Daniel Bates After three-and-a-half years in Baltimore, All-Pro cornerback Marcus Peters remains unsigned. But coach John Harbaugh says that the Ravens haven't necessarily ruled out his return. Many believed the team was moving on from Peters once the Ravens decided to sign Rock Ya-Sin earlier this week. However, Harbaugh seems to say otherwise.
