Higgins' Big Plays Lead Bengals to Music City Win

NASHVILLE — Former Mr. Football in the state of Tennessee, Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins, came home Sunday to put the Bengals in a state of euphoria and a tie for first place in the AFC North with a dominant fourth quarter in a 20-16 win over the AFC South leading Titans.
