[Football] Warriors Win Close Against Mayville State

MAYVILLE, N.D. – The Waldorf football team was on the road for a conference matchup against Mayville State University. The game came down to the final 12 seconds with the Warriors scoring to win 28-21.The Warriors scored on their first drive of the game to open the first quarter. Quarterback Jordan Cooper (JR/New Caney, TX) completed a 25-yard touchdown pass to Malik Adams (SR/Cedar Rapids, IA). Defense for the Warriors forced the Comets to have to punt on their first drive of the game.
