Football Ties Program Record With Four D3football.com All-Region Selections

Springfield, Mass. – December 9, 2022 – For the second year in a row, the Springfield College football team had a program-record four student-athletes named to the 2022 D3football.com All East Region 1 Teams. Lou Cocozza (Marston Mills, Mass.) was honored for the second-consecutive season and was joined by teammate Christian Hutra (Holmes, N.Y.) on the first team, Chris Eichler (Northvale, N.J.) collected the second regional honor of his career and was as second-team selection, while DJ Brown (Wading River, N.Y.) was chosen to the third team for the first time in his career.
