That on-field ceremony is set to begin at 12:40. SCOUTING TAYLOR: The Trojans will wrap up their most successful season since 2015. TU has improved across the board over last year, averaging 58.5 more yards per game and allowing 29.4 fewer yards. The improved yardage has resulted in 5.4 more points per game and 3.4 fewer points allowed per game. SCOUTING SIENA HEIGHS: The Saints tout one of the NAIA's stingiest defenses against the run, holding foes to just 59.6 yards per game on the ground while playing against the grueling MSFA slate. Senior linebacker, Kole Murlin, leads the way with 102 tackles and 5.5 sacks this season. LAST MEETING: Siena Heights has won the past four meetings against Taylor, most recently scoring a 51-23 home win last fall. TU moved the ball well, rushing for 129 yards but coughed up five fumbles in the loss. Aven Jones topped the defense with 10 total stops. SERIES HISTORY: Taylor is 3-6 all-time against Siena Heights on the gridiron, but the Trojans are 2-1 against the Saints inside Turner Stadium. TU is 0-1 against SHU under head coach Aaron Mingo. LAST TIME OUT: Taylor came up short at No. 5 Indiana Wesleyan last Saturday, falling 61-20 to the hosts after being outscored by a 30-0 clip in the third quarter. Both teams battled extreme wind gusts that wiped out the passing game and Dylan Scally carried the load on the ground for TU with 75 rushing yards and one touchdown. Jacob Hockett paced the defense with 12 tackles and five hits for lost yardage.   TAYLOR FOOTBALL APPROACHING 300TH WIN: The TU football program enters Saturday with 299 all-time victories, needing just one more win to reach 300 in its 75 years. TICKET INFORMATION: Fans looking to purchase tickets to the game can do so by visiting TaylorTrojans.com/tickets. JOIN THE TROJAN CLUB: The Trojan Club is Taylor University's athletics booster organization that is comprised of alumni, supporters and friends of TU, with the purpose of raising funds to further advance the development of Taylor's intercollegiate athletics program.
