[Football] Avila Football Set To Host Home Opener Saturday

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Looking to bounce back from a season-opening loss at Sterling, Avila opens its home schedule on Saturday against Bethel College. The Eagles battled a pair of lengthy storm delays AND a solid Warrior team, falling 34-21, while Bethel opened its season with a 34-14 win over Bethany. Fans coming to Saturday's game will notice that a lot of things are exactly the same, but we've also made a few improvements with an eye toward enhancing the game day experience.
