NORTH NEWTON, Kan. -Â Every night is a great night to be a Thresher, but tonight hits a little different. The Bethel Threshers hosted the Southwestern Moundbuilders tonight for what many have billed as the biggest for the Threshers in over 10 years. Both squads came in undefeated, but only one remained after tonight's clash of the KCAC titans. Southwestern got out to an early lead which they held throughout most of the game, but the Threshers hung around and worked their way back into it. The scoring went back-and-forth until Bethel punched in the final score with two seconds remaining, and took the victory 39-35.
