D3football.com Announces Barr as Preseason All-American, Westminster Ranked No. 20

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – D3football.com recently released its Preseason All-Americans and Top 25 rankings. Westminster senior linebacker Ian Barr (State College, Pa State College Area) was named Second Team All-America and the Titans were ranked No. 20 heading into the 2021 season.
