Let the office water cooler discussions begin. (Well, the water coolers have turned off for the time being, but you get the idea.) The UW-Stout football staff were tasked with picking the Top 10 all-time NFL quarterbacks. You will find below the lists of top NFL quarterbacks. Some of the lists are ranked, some have more than 10, but that will just spread out the discussion. Blue Devil Facebook fans, feel free to leave your Top 10 list.
