Biden tours Ida damage in New York, New Jersey; says climate change has reached ‘code red’

President Joe Biden declared climate change “everybody’s crisis” on Tuesday after touring New York and New Jersey neighborhoods severely damaged by the remnants of Hurricane Ida.
