1991 National Championship Game Highlights | YSU 25, Marshall 17

The Penguins overcame a 17-6 fourth-quarter deficit by scoring the final 19 points in 25-17 victory over Marshall on Dec. 21, 1991, in Statesboro, Ga. It was the first National Championship in school history. The defense forced three turnovers and Malcolm Everette knocked down a pass on the final play to give YSU the title!!
