Elmer Tarbox Elected to Texas Tech Ring of Honor

Elmer Tarbox, one of the first greats in Red Raider football history, has been selected for induction into the prestigious Texas Tech Ring of Honor, Director of Athletics Kirby Hocutt announced Wednesday.
